Tom

Tom​ who is originally from Scotland.
​He moved to London in his teens and worked for many years with”Mecca” with the Miss World Organisation.
His moment of fame was when he got to dance with the late “Princess Grace of Monaco”.
Tom is very much a people person and his favourite man toy ishis Kubota Lawn Mower
as his Lawns are​his pride and joy.

Jerome

Jerome

Jerome is French and is originally from the north of France.
After training as a baker he moved to Germany and worked as a baker there for 5 years.
He then moved to London were he worked for 6 years becoming the Master Baker in Harrods London. During his time at Harrods he appeared on the BBC show “The Generation Game” as well as other TV Baking shows. Jerome also had a radio showon Expatradio in France
​​ for 3 years.

Tom & Jerome then opened their own Bakery in 2001 in Thame, Oxfordshire and had this for 12 years.
In 2013 they sold the bakery business and bought “Le Sud” which they have now run very successfully since 2013. They have a very high rate of return guests and Jerome offers the guests a 1 day baking course if they want and they offer a evening Restaurant drop off and pickup for their guests so there is no worries ​about having a drink.
​Should guests require this, the boys are Happy to supply Buffets, Picnics etc and Jerome can arrange Birthday or any Occasion cake.

Scampi and Sooty are 2 friendly  black cats.
You will be able to meet them often  every morning  when Tom and Jerome are cleaning the pool. They are 2 very good little helpers.
Until you meet "Oscar" the pool robot!!
